“It was a privilege to be in the presence of three masters- you work so beautifully together with each having your own uniqueness. The quality of the entire experience with the setting, the training materials, the lectures, demonstrations and your being so available while we practiced. All outstanding! Truly one of the finest trainings I have experienced in over 40 years.”
“Brilliant, great one-on-one. The was always input/support when needed. Again, thank you!”
“Three days went by too fast! Usually these types of training days drag on. Just so marvelous, beautiful energy in the room.”
“All 3 were clearly competent and very helpful. The personal attention I received throughout the training was better than other trainings I have attended.”
Great article showing the new research on Energy Psychology as well as some of the resistance of societal acceptance to this healing method.

In world which promises us instant satisfaction and immediate gratification it is important for us to understand that all of our emotions need a place at the table. There comes a time when we must find a way to acknowledge and honor the past so that we can release it and move into the present. I hope you enjoy the following quote from Ode Magazine.
“One does not become enlightened by imagining figures of light,” said Carl Jung, “but by making the darkness conscious.” Originator of the psychological concept of the shadow—the unwelcome parts of ourselves that we hide from conscious awareness—Jung cleverly added, “This procedure, however, is disagreeable and therefore not very popular.”
Part of the wisdom of this article discusses feeling what we call the “negative” emotions so that they can be healed. Advanced Integrative Therapy is a great method that can be used to further explore and heal past trauma.

On April 15th, 9am – 11 am, for the North County Chapter of CAMFT, I am giving a demonstration and lecture on AIT for therapists. If you are interested in coming and are a therapist, please go to their website or contact me.
We have just completed an amazing training on Advanced Integrative Therapy with therapists. It was inspiring to be in their presence, to witness their ability to learn the tools to help heal their clients, and to be part of such a profound healing experience. We hope you will join us next year.
